Human resource form the basis of structural transformation and national development. Unfortunately illiterate, ignorant, unskilled and unsettled human capital always keep the nation backward and poor. Growth and expansion of the economy enhance the scope of human absorption at national and international markets. Globalization, liberalization, and privatization make the demand for qualitative, trained and skilled labour more competitive . To bridge the gap between demand and supply, trained and specialized institutions are in much greater demand to supply the quality and skilled manpower. In India, AICTE has recognized this issue and encouraged the establishment of large number of management and engineering institutions. In Himachal Pradesh also, AICTE made an appreciable beginning. Abhilashi Group of Institutions headed by Hon’ble Chairman, Dr. R.K. Abhilashi and Bhai Lalit Abhilashi Managing Director, forms a part of AICTE policy resolution which resulted into the establishment of Abhilashi Institute of Management Studies (AIMS). Beside other multifaculties, we run BCA, BBA and MBA courses approved by AICTE and affiliated to HPU/HPTU. We promote human resource, develop, trust, faith, flexibility, optimization and dynamism towards accomplishment of organizational objectives for academic excellence. Everything around AIMS echoes the vision of the founders. AIMS is committed to incorporate innovative and visionary need based courses. We welcome newcomers to join and work together towards the common goal of national building in general and social fabric in particular.
